A change.....

By way of update, I am no longer working with the Cub Scouts....they finally have enough people that they were able to get someone else to take my place (Yayyy!! Dont get me wrong I loved it, it was just a little tricky to pull off the meetings, trainings and activities as both me and Russ needed to be to everything at the same time.....)

Now I am helping out in the nursery class for our church on Sunday! I am so excited!!! Rylan is in my class!! It will be so fun!

Forgot two stories!

A couple weeks ago, I had just ran a bath for Rylan.....and before I put him it I ran to the restroom.....I heard two splashes....my high-heel and a fully clothed boy!! What does he have with this pair of shoes!!! This particular pair seems to be his favorite. One more cute story- while Russ was out of town i asked Rylan to get dressed so we could go bye-bye.....he grabbed Russell's hat and shorts and tried to put them on!!

Time spent with GREAT people!

We really enjoyed having my Grandparents here!! Rylan really loved his Great Grandparents and checked for them every morning and when they went upstairs to go to bed he could not resist following him up!! He would follow them around, dig in their suit cases, wear their shoes and socks, and curl up on their laps! It was so fun to spend time with them!!! (This picture was taken at 5:45 in the morning!!)

Curl up with a Good Book!

My Grandfather had this tiny Book Of Mormon and Rylan loved that it was "his size"! He picked it up and began studying very closely while jibber-jabbering trying to read it!! So precious!

Santonio*

We took my Grandparents to San Antonio for a little day trip.....We went to the River Walk--a river runs down the middle of downtown with shops and restaurants. We also went went to the San Antonio LDS temple. It is beautiful!! And to top it all off, right across from the temple is a Great Harvest Bread Co. so we of course had to stop there!!

*(No- I am not paying tribute to the Steelers with the title of this post....I rooted for the Cards. I am mocking Santonio Holme's name---seriously who came up with that!?)
